Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect who is a subject matter expert in various technologies and methodologies. This role is crucial for translating technical skills and experience into strategic goals and plans that drive the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex infrastructure solutions for Mac and Windows physical and virtual OS builds.
• Utilize Copilot and Artificial Intelligence technologies to enhance and optimize system performance.
• Develop and deploy Apple and Android mobility solutions to meet business needs.
• Manage endpoint security and vulnerability management to ensure the safety and privacy of our systems.
• Oversee client management solutions and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
• Utilize development tools and programs to support the creation of new solutions and the improvement of existing systems.
• Enhance customer experience through simplification and UX design.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of services from conception to deployment.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in Mac and Windows physical and virtual OS builds.
• Proficiency in Copilot and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Experience with Apple and Android mobility solutions.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with client management solutions and tools.
• Skills in development tools and programs.
• Expertise in customer experience improvement, including simplification and UX design.
• Ability to automate processes for efficiency.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in solutions architecture or a related field.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹8,500,000.
