Key Responsibilities :

• Lead legal strategy across Jupiter Capital and its portfolio companies, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and governance.
   

• Spearhead litigation strategy and legal proceedings across civil, Section 138, arbitration, litigation as well as High Court, and Supreme Court matters as required.
   

• Work closely with top-tier senior lawyers and legal consultants to drive fast, decisive outcomes in ongoing cases.
   

• Drive legal due diligence on potential investments and support structuring of complex deals.
   

Ideal Candidate:

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in litigation, arbitration, Section 138, and regulatory legal work.
   

• Proven success navigating high-stakes legal environments and working directly with senior legal experts and law firms.

• Confident, proactive, and skilled at aligning legal strategy with business imperatives in fast-moving environments.

• Well networked within the legal community and system 

• Excellent track record and resolution rate 

• Position reports to CFO / Board
