Scrabble is hiring for a fast-growing startup located in Bangalore, India. The company is building an upcoming e-commerce vertical focused on Home & Fashion essentials. They are looking to hire a Supply Lead to help scale supply operations across Tier 2/3 markets in India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Logistics to build and scale the operational backbone of our fast-commerce network.

This role will own dark store operations, last-mile delivery efficiency, rider operations, fulfillment SLAs, and logistics expansion across cities. You will work closely with supply, category, and product teams to build a highly efficient delivery network optimized for low-cost, high-frequency utility commerce.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands operational intensity, hyperlocal logistics, and scale execution in Indian commerce environments.

What You’ll Do

Mother Hub and Dark Store Operations

● Set up and optimize mother hub and dark store operations across multiple cities

● Design operational SOPs for picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory movement

● Improve order throughput, dispatch speed, and fulfillment efficiency

● Ensure high inventory accuracy and operational uptime

Logistics Efficiency

● Build highly efficient rider and delivery operations

● Optimize routing, batching, and delivery turnaround times

● Improve cost per order and rider productivity

● Manage delivery SLAs and customer experience metrics

Network Expansion

● Identify and evaluate new dark store locations

● Work on city launch playbooks and operational readiness

● Build scalable logistics systems for rapid expansion

● Coordinate with vendors, fleet partners, and local operators

Process & Analytics

● Track operational KPIs across fulfillment and logistics

● Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency

● Build systems for demand forecasting and staffing optimization

● Work closely with product and tech teams on operational tooling

What We’re Looking For

Strong Fit

● 4–10 years experience in logistics, supply chain, dark store operations, or hyperlocal delivery

● Experience managing high-throughput operational teams

● Strong understanding of Indian last-mile delivery economics

● Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

● Ability to build processes from scratch and scale them rapidly
