Job Description

Hi Meenaa,

Thank you so much for your time on the call the other day and for giving us a detailed download on the Business Head - AIF role:

Please find below our understanding of the role :

· Looking for an incumbent with 15 + years of prior experience working within Asset Management and comes with a proven track record in raising funds, especially in the CAT-II space

· The incumbent must be well connected in the family offices, UHNI, and Large Corporate fraternity who are typical investors in the Alternative Investments.

· It will be reporting to the Group CEO - Sam Ghosh

· Compensation: Fixed: 50-60 lakhs and Variable Pay + Stake in the company

· Pool to be tapped: Candidates from Alternates space

As discussed, would request that you can shed some light on the current AUM and team structure that the incumbent will be handling.
