Role Overview: Zype is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Strategic Partnership Alliances to play a key role in expanding our reach and impact. As the Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, negotiating, and cultivating strategic partnerships that align with Zype's mission of making credit accessible for millennials. Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partner Identification:
   • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners that complement Zype's mission and enhance the platform's offerings.
   • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify partnership opportunities.
2. Negotiation and Relationship Management:
   • Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth and enhance user experience.
   • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners to ensure collaboration and success.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and technology, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of partnership initiatives.
   • Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with partnership objectives.
4. Innovation and Market Positioning:
   • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
   • Position Zype as a leader in the fintech space through strategic partnerships that differentiate our platform.
5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
   • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership initiatives and regularly assess and report on performance.
   • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and enhance overall outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in strategic partnership development within the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of credit and lending products, particularly in the context of serving millennials.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnerships with business goals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
