Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP RAP developer for a contractual position to contribute to our projects in Bangalore. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing ABAP solutions using the RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming) model to enhance our SAP systems. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our SAP applications meet business requirements and operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SAP ABAP solutions using the RAP model.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP programs and integrations.
• Maintain and enhance existing SAP applications to improve performance and functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong understanding of the RAP model and SAP programming concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and related technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development, preferably with exposure to RAP model projects.

Environment

This position is based in Bangalore and is a contractual role with an immediate start. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach.
