Job Summary

We are seeking a Java Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Java and React to join our team. This is a lead-level position requiring 8+ years of experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing robust and scalable web applications, contributing to the success of our projects and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java and React.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
