Job Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for CLRServices India will lead the organization’s operations across the Indian market, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and profitability within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) sector. The CEO will be responsible for scaling existing business, enhancing service delivery, and positioning CLRServices as a leading IFM partner in India, while ensuring compliance, workforce engagement, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Business Operations & Performance Optimization
- Take full P&L ownership of India operations, focusing on revenue growth, margin enhancement, and cost discipline.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, process automation, and service delivery quality.
- Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts aligned with strategic growth objectives.
- Ensure disciplined capital allocation and maximize ROI on investments.

Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
- Formulate and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Lead enterprise-level sales, tender processes, and strategic account development.
- Identify and penetrate high-value market segments with strong margin potential.
- Drive organic and inorganic growth through client acquisitions, contract expansions, and strategic partnerships.

IFM Capability Development & Service Excellence
- Enhance capabilities across Soft and Technical Services, including MEP, HVAC, asset management, predictive maintenance, energy optimization, and digital FM systems (IoT, CAFM, BMS).
- Ensure compliance with Indian standards, safety regulations (FSSAI, ESI, OSHA), and environmental norms.
- Establish and maintain service excellence frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement programs.
- Implement quality assurance, HSE protocols, and client satisfaction management systems.

Organizational Leadership & Talent Management
- Lead and develop the core leadership team with clear strategic direction.
- Foster a high-performance, compliance-oriented organizational culture.
- Implement workforce development, training, leadership programs, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.

Client Relationship Management & Market Positioning
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and enterprise accounts.
- Position CLRServices as a differentiated IFM provider through thought leadership and branding.
- Enhance visibility via industry networks, associations, and business development initiatives.

Risk Management, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, safety standards, environmental regulations, and GST requirements.
- Establish risk mitigation frameworks, internal controls, and governance standards.
- Maintain contractual, operational, and reputational risk safeguards.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and conduct regular audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil preferred).
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).
- 12–20+ years of experience in the IFM industry.
- Proven track record in scaling, optimizing, and growing established operations in India or similar markets.
- Extensive experience in FM services delivery, contract management, and operations leadership.
- Strong background in enterprise sales, client management, and strategic account development.
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of Indian standards, safety regulations, and environmental norms.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in digital FM systems, IoT, CAFM, BMS.
- Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead large, diverse teams and foster a high-performance culture.

Experience
- 12 to 20+ years of relevant experience in the IFM sector.
