Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to drive our engagement campaigns across multiple channels using marketing automation tools like MoEngage, HubSpot, and CleverTap. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring seamless integration of tools, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaign results to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: ● Campaign Execution: Manage and execute multi-channel engagement campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging, etc.) using marketing automation tools like MoEngage, HubSpot, or CleverTap. ● Campaign Setup & Optimization: Set up, schedule, and optimize campaigns, ensuring each touchpoint is well-coordinated across platforms and aligned with broader marketing strategies. ● Data Management & Targeting: Build, segment, and maintain customer databases to target specific user groups based on their behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage. ● Deep Linking & UTM Attribution: Implement UTM tracking and deep linking strategies to measure the performance of campaigns, ensuring accurate attribution across all channels. ● Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, analyze data to uncover insights, and make recommendations for improving future campaigns. ● A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies for content, timing, and delivery across channels. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure campaigns are visually aligned with the Zolve brand and communicate the right message at the right time. ● Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure campaigns comply with local regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and follow best practices for deliverability, engagement, and conversion. Qualifications & Skills: ● Experience: 2-4 years of experience in campaign management or marketing automation, with hands-on experience using tools like MoEngage, HubSpot, or CleverTap. ● Technical Skills: Strong understanding of marketing automation, deep linking, UTM attribution, campaign setup, and reporting. ● Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion, and LTV. ● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present data-driven insights to cross-functional teams. ● Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a strong attention to detail to ensure error-free campaign execution. ● Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience in FinTech or the education space is a plus. ● Familiarity with SQL, Google Analytics, and CRM integrations. ● Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
