About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Creative Strategist who can bridge data with storytelling. This role will work closely with the growth, content, and brand teams to craft compelling creatives that drive conversions and retention. You’ll be leading ideation and strategy while also mentoring junior writers.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the creative strategy for performance marketing channels, especially Google and Meta ads
  • Work closely with the growth team to analyze ad performance and translate insights into creative direction
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to build high-performing creative assets
  • Strategize and execute storytelling for retention campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, loyalty)
  • Maintain a sharp eye for customer psychology, hook building, and content formats
  • Manage and mentor junior copywriters or content writers to deliver brand-aligned yet performance-focused messaging
  • Ideate and A/B test content frameworks across static, video, and UGC formats
  • Stay updated with trends in the D2C and performance marketing ecosystem
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or content-led growth roles
  • Hands-on experience working with Meta and Google Ads
  • Experience working with retention strategies (email marketing, CRM, etc.)
  • Prior exposure to a D2C brand is highly preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with performance and creative teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with a love for experimentation and optimization
  • Leadership potential and a collaborative, problem-solving approach
