Servicenow Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad and Bangalore. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient IT service management (ITSM) solutions, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrade and patching activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Business Management (ITBM).
• Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Service Portal, or HR Service Delivery modules.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and enterprise IT environments.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.
• Background in ITSM, ITOM, or enterprise application development is highly desirable.
