Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Finance Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of financial principles, and a proven track record of effective financial management.
 
Ledger Tracking:
Monitor and maintain accurate tracking of ledgers to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
Bills of Material Analysis:
Review and analyze bills of material to ensure proper costing and inventory management.
Rate Checking and Procurement Validation:
Validate procurement processes by checking rates and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Advance and Payment Tracking:
Oversee tracking of advances and payments to ensure timely processing and reconciliation.
Account Balance Monitoring:
Regularly monitor account balances to maintain financial health and liquidity.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Conduct monthly reviews of vendor relationships and manage the closing of financial balances to ensure effective partnerships.
Audit Support:
Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring that all necessary data and documentation are available.
Financial MIS:
Prepare and present financial Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.
 
Qualifications
MBA Finance / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Inter CA  
Proven experience as a Finance Controller or in a similar financial management role (3-6 years preferred).
Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
