Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Regional Operations Manager to lead multi-unit restaurant operations across a designated region. This role requires a strong operations leader who can drive business performance, ensure operational excellence, develop teams, and deliver a consistent customer experience across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate should have experience managing several restaurant locations within organized Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), casual dining, or retail food service brands.

Responsibilities

  • Business & Operational Performance

    • Own the P&L performance of assigned restaurants/outlets.
    • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
    • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Improve sales through local marketing initiatives and operational execution.
    • Ensure achievement of business targets across all assigned stores.
  • Operations Excellence

    • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and service.
    • Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance across all locations.
    • Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective action plans.
    • Drive consistency in guest experience.
  • Team Leadership

    • Lead and coach Restaurant Managers and Store Managers.
    • Build leadership capability through regular coaching and development.
    • Drive employee engagement and retention.
    • Identify succession plans for key operational roles.
  • Customer Experience

    • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Resolve escalated customer concerns.
    • Ensure excellent service standards across all outlets.
  • Financial Management

    • Manage food cost, labour cost, wastage, and controllable expenses.
    • Improve restaurant profitability.
    • Analyze business reports and recommend improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance

    • Ensure statutory, legal, and brand compliance.
    • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
    • Ensure adherence to audit requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Training teams.
    • Support new store openings and operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • Experience

    • 7–10 years of experience in organized QSR, restaurant chains, or hospitality operations.
    • Minimum 2–3 years managing multiple restaurant locations.
    • Experience handling 8–20 outlets is preferred.
    • Strong exposure to P&L management.
    • Proven experience leading large operational teams.
  • Educational Qualification

    • Graduate in Hotel Management (IHM or equivalent preferred).
    • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical skills for financial management and business reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software and tools.

Experience

  • 7–10 years in regional operations management with a focus on multi-unit restaurant settings.

Environment

  • Work is based in a restaurant environment across multiple locations, specifically in Mumbai or Delhi NCR. Flexibility with travel to various outlets is required.

Salary

  • ₹10–15 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
