Android Stack Developer

Job Summary

The Android Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications for the Android platform. This role requires a strong understanding of C/C++ and Java, along with experience in debugging, profiling, and working within development environments. The developer will contribute to the organization’s goals by ensuring high-quality software delivery and enhancing the security of applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using C/C++ and Java.
• Debug, profile, and optimize applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct penetration testing, threat detection, and security assessments to enhance application security.
• Manage software processes, configuration management, and test planning and execution.
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C/C++ and Java programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of Android development and its environments.
• Familiarity with Linux and Linux Kernel.
• Experience with software processes, configuration management, and test planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in penetration testing and security assessment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Android development and software engineering.

Salary
