Job Summary

Join our platform team to build and maintain cloud integrations that power enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) deployments. You will work directly with Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and other cloud platforms to create custom solutions for large enterprise customers while also developing technical documentation and deployment guides.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-specific customizations for enterprise customers.
• Build integrations with cloud provider APIs (Azure, OCI, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP)).
• Work with Kubernetes, KubeVirt, and container orchestration platforms.
• Create and maintain cloud-init scripts (Bash, PowerShell) for automated provisioning.
• Develop custom operators and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) for Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Research and document cloud provider capabilities and limitations.
• Create technical collaterals, integration guides, and deployment documentation.
• Support customer onboarding with technical implementation guidance.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management.

Qualifications

• Experience with major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes: container orchestration and cloud-native technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Go, Python, or similar languages for cloud automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, ARM templates, etc.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, security, and compliance requirements.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies and VDI concepts.
• B2B enterprise software experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with KubeVirt for virtual machine orchestration.
• Knowledge of remote desktop protocols (RDP) or VDI platforms.
• Experience with Ceph, storage systems, or Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
• Familiarity with enterprise authentication systems (Active Directory, LDAP).
• Background in customer-facing technical roles or solutions engineering.
