Job Summary

We are seeking a Snowflake Migration Specialist with a strong background in Snowflake implementation and migration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Snowflake projects and will play a critical role in our data management strategy. This position is aimed at those who can contribute effectively and efficiently to our team, specifically someone who can join immediately or within a very short notice period.

Responsibilities

• Lead Snowflake migration projects, ensuring successful and timely execution.
• Assist in the architecture and design of Snowflake solutions in alignment with business requirements.
• Implement and manage core Snowflake services such as Snowpipe and Dynamic Tables.
• Ensure proper data loading and unloading using Snowflake.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to Snowflake.
• Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in Snowflake migration.
• Proven leadership experience in Snowflake projects for a minimum of 2-3 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate technical concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, with a strong rating in experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of core Snowflake services and recent features.
• Snowflake certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database architecture and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud services and data integration tools.
• Experience with data ETL processes.

Experience

• 10+ years of total experience, including at least 5 years in Snowflake migration.
• Demonstrated leadership role in relevant projects for a minimum of 2-3 years.

Environment

• Location: Chennai (Hexa office) only.
• Work type: 5 days in-office.
• Working hours: 11 AM to 9 PM.

Salary

• G5: 6-9 years - 20.52 LPA
• G6: 9-12 years - 25.20 LPA
• G7: 12+ years - 27 LPA
