Job Summary

The Python Developer focuses on designing and implementing server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This role leverages Amazon Web Services (AWS) to manage and deploy cloud-based applications while optimizing and maintaining infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python, focusing on performance improvements.
• Integrate AWS services to support application functionalities, including but not limited to EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to design effective APIs and data models.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code, facilitating easy updates and maintenance.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for development within the team.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure operating in AWS.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, ideally SQL and NoSQL.
  • Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker is preferred.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with Agile development practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python and AWS technologies.

Environment

• This position may be in-office in Bangalore, India. Flexibility for remote work could be discussed based on company policies.

Salary

• Expected salary range is between 12-15 LPA (Lakhs per Annum).
