Manager - Real World Technical Solutions
Job Summary
The Manager - Real World Technical Solutions will support data-driven decision-making processes that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiencies. This role is crucial in adopting advanced data tools, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) technologies to transform the organization’s operations.
Responsibilities
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in big data and real-world data analytics.
- Support the adoption of advanced data tools, AI/ML technologies, and methodologies.
- Partner with technology teams on planning, execution, and delivery of real-world data projects.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Lead the adoption of R for Real World Data and Market Access (RWDMA).
- Partner with technology to automate code libraries and functions.
- Modernize the clinical code list process to improve curation and internal publication.
- Drive the FSP (Functional Service Provider) strategy to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with FSP partners to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Manage FSP partners in alignment with BEAT (Business Excellence and Transformation) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for FSP partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Report on performance metrics to senior leadership and other stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics).
- Strong understanding of big data technologies and real-world data analytics.
- Proficiency in AI/ML methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Familiarity with clinical coding processes and data curation.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a related field.
- Experience with R programming and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare data regulations and compliance.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing partnerships with external vendors or service providers.

Salary
- Estimated salary range: ₹6,500,000.
