<div>Financial Modelling&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities and Duties</div> <div>➢ Prepare Financial Models for competitive bidding (solar, wind, hybrid, RTC &amp; Storage), M&amp;A transactions and business analyses on need basis</div> <div>➢ Assess and understand the assumptions shared by business and technical teams to ensure correctness of the analysis</div> <div>➢ Prepare financial models for evolving hybrid tenders, RTC tenders, battery storage models, pumped hydro models etc.</div> <div>➢ Detailed valuation computation of various M&amp;A deals being sought by the company</div> <div>➢ Assist the team on handling the internal assurance processes Qualifications</div> <div>➢ Education level: Graduate in Commerce / MBA in Finance</div> <div>➢ Experience: 1-4 years</div> <div>➢ Specific skills: Proficient in MS-excel; Understanding of financial statements; Knowledge of macro is a plus; Should have an analytical approach</div> <div>➢ Personal characteristics: Good interpersonal skills; Result oriented approach</div> <div>➢ Certifications: Certification on MS-excel/MS-office is a plus</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
