Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and executing sales activities for Homeville Group, focusing on the Affordable Home Loan sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the affordable housing finance market and involves close collaboration with management and business unit owners to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Source Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Margin Money Funding cases from the open market, developer channels, and connectors/Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
• Focus on affordable home loans with a ticket size of approximately ₹40 lakhs.
• Collaborate with management and business unit owners to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with developers, connectors, and other sales channels to maximize lead generation.
• Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements during the sales process.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the home loan or affordable housing finance sector.
• Basic knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sourcing loans from developer channels and DSAs.
• Understanding of the affordable housing finance market.
• Familiarity with margin money funding and LAP products.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, ideally within the affordable home loan or financial services sector.
