Job Description
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (inbound, outbound, etc.)
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of our SaaS solution.
- Negotiate and close deals, securing new customer contracts.
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful product adoption through training and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SaaS market, competitor landscape, and customer trends.
- Contribute to creating and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales metrics (meetings booked, demos delivered, deals closed) and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
