Job Description

  • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (inbound, outbound, etc.)
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of our SaaS solution.
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing new customer contracts.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure successful product adoption through training and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SaaS market, competitor landscape, and customer trends.
  • Contribute to creating and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics (meetings booked, demos delivered, deals closed) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
