This role involves fieldwork, market analysis, and establishing strong relationships with potential partners to expand our footprint in the region. </div>

1. Market Research and Analysis: <br />
- Conduct market surveys and analyze locations for potential store openings. <br />
- Evaluate the viability of locations based on footfall, demographics, and competition. <br />
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations for store setup. </div>
<div>2. Location Onboarding: <br />
- Identify and approach potential partners or landlords for location acquisition. <br />
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements with stakeholders. <br />
- Ensure smooth onboarding of identified locations for store setup. </div>
<div>3. Sales and Business Development: <br />
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. <br />
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, distributors, and clients. <br />
- Promote brand visibility and drive business growth in the assigned region. </div>
<div>4. Field Operations: <br />
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet potential partners and assess locations. <br />
- Conduct field visits to ensure compliance with company standards for store setup. </div>
<div>5. Reporting and Coordination: <br />
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to the management team. <br />
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals. </div>
<div>Qualifications and Skills: <br />
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. <br />
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or retail sector. <br />
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills. <br />
- Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation. <br />
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <br />
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. <br />
