Currently IPEC designs, develops, and manufactures a family of chargers for Electric Vehicles and has its manufacturing location in Bangalore, India. These include private as well as public chargers and can be offered with communication, user interface, billing and payment solutions. IPEC is a Certified Supplier of EV Charging Products to 6 out of the top 10 EV 2-Wheeler Manufacturers in India and has delivered over 1 Million+ charging products successfully.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a VP Finance in Bangalore. The VP Finance will be responsible for financial planning, raising capital, banking, overseeing finance activities, utilizing analytical skills, and managing the finance team.
Qualifications
- Act as a key strategic leader working with the leadership team to establish the long-term financial strategy of the company across key valuation milestones and events.
- Develop the planning, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, profitability management, and financial reporting systems required to generate predictable business results.
- Work with leadership teams to understand, forecast, and react to changes in the macroeconomic and key competitive market dynamics impacting the company’s strategies.
- Take a lead role in raising capital, banking relationship and investments.
- Design and implement a robust internal control system for all business processes.
- Responsible for executing and achieving the Company’s short- and long-term financial goals.
- Overseeing the production of commercially astute management information and analysis to support the business.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
- Serve as a key member of the executive management team and a close business partner to the Chief Executive Officer, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors
- Reporting financial results after extensive variance analysis to measure profitability and performance, providing actionable guidance to enhance achievement of business goals.
Essential Education, Skills, and Environment:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a strategic Finance leader in a global growth business within the manufacturing industry. Age group of 35 - 40 years preferred. Automotive industry preferred.
- Have experience in leading a team of professionals and managed the finance function of companies with turnover > 200 Crore.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills are essential.
- Experience in developing financial reports and metrics.
- Experience in raising capital from institutional investors.
- Have proven track record in managing working capital and strong relationship with banks and NBFCs.
- Well connected with investment bankers, external consultants, law firms, VC and PE firms.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to successfully handle multiple competing priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Natural energy and enthusiasm for operating in a rapidly changing environment while delivering dependable financial operations, controls, and forecasts.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA from tier-1 business schools from India or abroad.
