Job Summary

The AEM Backend Forms Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) backend components and forms. This role involves working with adaptive forms, integrating backend services, and ensuring high-quality code standards. The developer will contribute to the organization's goals by optimizing form data models and enabling seamless backend integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM backend components, focusing on adaptive forms.
• Design and implement form data models and ensure effective backend integration.
• Utilize Java programming to enhance AEM functionality, including servlets and OSGi/APache Felix components.
• Conduct unit testing using JUnit and ensure code quality through regular code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and consume web services.
• Utilize Apache Sling and Java Content Repository (JCR) for optimal content management.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AEM Backend Development.
  • Experience with AEM forms and adaptive form development.
  • Strong Java programming skills, including servlets.
  • Knowledge of OSGi / Apache Felix.
  • Familiarity with Java Content Repository (JCR) / CRX and Apache Sling.
  • Experience with Maven for project management.
  • Skill in creating and consuming web services.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with code review tools and maintaining code quality standards.
• Strong understanding of adaptive leadership within AEM environments.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AEM backend development and forms.
• Proven track record with adaptive form development and backend integration.
