Job Summary
As Fibe enters a phase of hyper-growth and increasing regulatory sophistication, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will play a critical role in building a future-ready organization, embedding AI-driven efficiency across people systems, and preserving a high-trust culture. This role will have direct influence on business strategy and is designed for a candidate who can successfully integrate high-tech solutions with high-touch leadership.
Responsibilities

Business & Strategic Leadership:
- Partner with founders and CXOs on organizational design and talent strategy.
- Align human capital strategy with mid- and long-term business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor on critical business and people decisions.

Talent & Organization Architecture:
- Build a future-ready workforce planning framework.
- Lead competency mapping across roles and levels.
- Shift hiring practices towards skills, adaptability, and problem-solving capability.

Culture & Employee Experience:
- Define and scale a high-performance, values-driven culture.
- Strengthen employee engagement, retention, and belonging.
- Drive initiatives around mental well-being and psychological safety.

AI-Led HR Transformation:
- Deploy AI-driven HR platforms, automation, and analytics.
- Enable adoption of AI-assisted workflows across the organization.
- Build data-driven decision-making capability within teams.

Governance, Compliance & IPO Readiness:
- Establish robust HR governance, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and financial sector regulations.
- Support organizational readiness for IPO / public-market expectations.

HR Function Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-impact, future-ready HR team.
- Drive efficiency, accountability, and capability-building.
- Position HR as a strategic, rather than transactional, function.
Qualifications

Experience:
- 15+ years of experience, including leading HR in scaled, high-growth organizations.
- Strong experience in tech-led and/or Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) environments.

Skills:
- Proven track record of driving digital/A.I. transformation in HR.
- Experience in IPO-stage or highly regulated environments preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence at the CXO level.
- Data-driven, analytical, and digitally fluent.
- Ability to balance speed, governance, and culture.

Academic Background:
- MBA / Master’s in HR from top-tier institutions (XLRI, TISS, IIMs, SCMHRD, or equivalent preferred).

- Ability to remain calm under pressure in high-growth environments.

Experience
- A minimum of 15 years in related HR roles, preferably in high-growth and regulated environments.

The CHRO role will be based in Pune, working closely with the founders and executive team, contributing significantly to the cultural and operational aspects of a tech-first, differentiated organization.
