Job Summary
The Intern – Training Module Content, Quality & Visual Design will support the creation, enhancement, and quality assurance of training materials. The intern will play a crucial role in developing engaging content and visual assets, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of training modules. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for instructional design, academic writing, and visual communication, looking for hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, organizing, and updating training module content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into accessible, learner-friendly materials.
- Design and enhance visual elements and graphics to support and enrich training content.
- Conduct quality reviews of content and visuals to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Participate in editing and proofreading materials for academic rigor and language quality.
- Support the documentation and maintenance of content development processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in training materials development, content creation, or a related field.
- Demonstrated skills in graphic design and visual communication.
- Strong academic writing and editing skills.
- Experience in quality management or content quality assurance.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic video editing skills.
