Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Offline Sales Manager to lead our offline sales team within our women's nourishment brand. As the Offline Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and strengthen relationships with offline retail partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives for offline channels, including retail stores, wellness centers, and other brick-and-mortar outlets.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
- Lead and mentor the offline sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team and conduct regular performance reviews and assessments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with offline retail partners, distributors, and key accounts to drive product visibility, availability, and sales.
- Collaborate with retail partners to develop joint sales and marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and in-store events to drive product awareness and sales.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for the offline sales team to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement techniques.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to optimize their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Forecast sales projections and monitor sales performance against targets on a regular basis.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and customer service initiatives.
- Manage the offline sales budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor expenses and control costs while ensuring the delivery of high-quality sales initiatives and activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in offline sales management, preferably in the health and wellness or consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, including sales forecasting, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards common goals and objectives.
