Job Summary

The Director of Enterprise AI Platform will lead the end-to-end development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) models and applications tailored to meet specific business needs. This role is crucial in enhancing user experiences and driving innovation through the comprehensive lifecycle management of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of AI/ML/DL models and applications, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Manage data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and algorithm optimization.
• Integrate AI solutions into user-facing products to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient AI platforms and infrastructure.
• Ensure robust data pipelines, cloud services, and system architectures are in place for seamless AI/ML operations.
• Drive innovation and operational efficiency within the AI and Machine Learning Product and Platform Job Family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in AI/ML/DL model development and deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with data preprocessing and algorithm optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Experience
