Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rails on Ruby (ROR) Developer with over 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Ruby on Rails. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in software development and Ruby on Rails technologies.

Qualifications

• Total Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Ruby and Ruby on Rails framework.
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, specifically Git.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years in software development roles, specifically with Ruby on Rails.
