Zuora Developer

We are seeking a skilled Zuora Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in subscription billing systems, Zuora platform development, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro), and experience in designing scalable and secure billing solutions for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using the Zuora Central Platform, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue.
• Configure Zuora products, rate plans, billing settings, and workflows.
• Design and implement custom objects, custom fields, and workflow automation within Zuora.
• Build and manage Zuora REST and SOAP API integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Create and manage Zuora Data Sources, Reporting, and Data Extracts.
• Troubleshoot issues related to subscriptions, invoicing, payments, amendments, and product catalog.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, product) to gather requirements and implement billing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial, security, and privacy standards (e.g., SOX, PCI).

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of development experience with at least 2–3 years in Zuora.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zuora APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Proficient in JavaScript, Apex, Java, or other scripting languages as needed for integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce-Zuora integration and middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato is a plus.
• Experience working with subscription-based billing models and quote-to-cash (QTC) processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Zuora Certification (Zuora Billing Certified Administrator or Developer).
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and agile development methodology.
