Job Summary

The Senior Internal Auditor will play a critical role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization. This position is expected to contribute significantly to the internal audit function by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SOX Compliance Testing to ensure adherence to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• Perform Control Testing to assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Execute Test of Effectiveness to evaluate the reliability of internal controls.
• Design and implement Test Design strategies to effectively measure control performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in internal auditing or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of SOX Compliance Testing and internal control frameworks.
• Proficient in Control Testing methodologies and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques to enhance audit processes.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, compliance, or related fields.
