journey for Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, the founders have witnessed multiple business cycles,
growth periods and risks associated with a wide variety of financial products including Individual
Loans, Personal Loans, Microfinance loans and Agriculture Loans. They were instrumental in
the transformation of Ujjivan as it went from a conventional MFI to a tech-enabled SFB. As a
next step in their journey, now they plan to graduate the informal customers availing entry level
lending products of the country to the informal digital first segment.

Job Details
As an AVP- HR, you will play a critical role in driving our HR initiatives and supporting our
corporate functions. We are seeking an ideal candidate who is an HR generalist with experience
in HR operations. In addition, the ideal candidate should have exposure to Compensation &
Benefits, HR business partner roles, and recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Build HR function from scratch
Oversee and manage HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business
objectives
Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support
Manage and execute compensation and benefits programs
Lead recruitment efforts across sales & backend to attract and retain top talent
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in HR function.
In depth knowledge of HR operations
Excellent Excel skills
Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, recruitment strategy and HR BP role.
MBA in HR will be a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of working with Fintech/NBFCs will be a added plus.
