We count Empathy, Innovation, Excellence,<br /> Customer centricity, Discipline, and Integrity as our core values.<br /> Job Details<br /> As an AVP- HR, you will play a critical role in driving our HR initiatives and supporting our<br /> corporate functions. We are seeking an ideal candidate who is an HR generalist with experience<br /> in HR operations. In addition, the ideal candidate should have exposure to Compensation &amp;amp;<br /> Benefits, HR business partner roles, and recruitment.<br /> Responsibilities:<br />  Build HR function from scratch<br />  Oversee and manage HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes<br />  Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business<br /> objectives<br />  Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support<br />  Manage and execute compensation and benefits programs<br />  Lead recruitment efforts across sales &amp;amp; backend to attract and retain top talent<br /> Qualifications:<br />  At least 5 years of experience in HR function.<br />  In depth knowledge of HR operations<br />  Excellent Excel skills<br />  Basic knowledge of Compensation &amp;amp; Benefits, recruitment strategy and HR BP role.<br />  MBA in HR will be a plus<br />  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br />  Experience of working with Fintech/NBFCs will be a added plus.</div>
