Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Oracle HCM Consultant with deep expertise in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Integrations, and Data Conversions, along with functional knowledge in Compensation and Equity modules. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL)/Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL), and optionally Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Mulesoft.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and custom reports for Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
- Perform end-to-end data conversions using HDL, HSDL, and API-based integration methods.
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher and OTBI reports based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and configure solutions within Compensation and Equity modules.
- Build or support integrations using OIC (optional) or Mulesoft (desirable).
- Debug and optimize Fast Formulas used in Payroll, Benefits, Extracts, and Eligibility logic.
- Support functional testing, technical documentation, and issue resolution during implementation and post-production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud: Core HR, Compensation, Benefits.
- Proficiency in:
- HCM Extracts
- Fast Formulas (Payroll, Eligibility, Extracts, Absence, etc.)
- HCM Data Loader (HDL) / Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
- BI Publisher / OTBI
- Understanding of Oracle-delivered APIs and Web Services for integration
- Strong in SQL, PLSQL, and familiarity with Oracle Cloud Data Model
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for orchestration and data flows.
- Familiarity with Mulesoft or other middleware platforms.
- Exposure to Payroll, Talent Management, or Absence Management.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Security & Role Management.
