• Designation – Fund Manager – Private Equity & Listed Equities

• Location – Gurgaon

• Role reports to –  CIO - Shaurya Arora

• The incumbent must have – 10–15 years of experience (higher experience also welcome) across Private Equity and Listed Equities, with a proven track record in deal sourcing, execution, portfolio management, and public market investing

• Educational pedigree – Strong academic background (IIT/IIM/ISB/Ivy League or equivalent) or relevant professional pedigree from leading PE/VC firms, bulge-bracket investment banks, or top consulting firms

• Key responsibilities –

  • Lead PE investments across sectors including sourcing, diligence, structuring & exits

  • Conduct fundamental research and manage listed equity portfolios

  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to investment committee discussions

  • Mentor and build the investment team as the platform scales

• Budget – 1.2 crore
