Job Summary

The Project Director will be responsible for the overall profitability, construction milestones, customer management, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and quality of projects within the Real Estate Industry. The role requires managing a cross-functional team and understanding the complete value chain from Land Acquisition to Project Delivery.

Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Manage asset performance to preserve or enhance project profitability and returns.
• AOP Planning: Ensure adherence to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to maintain the business plan.
• Oversee day-to-day site management and execution of projects in line with business plans.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks during both the pre-construction and construction phases by proposing actionable recommendations to management.
• People Management: Define and align team objectives with AOP, conduct performance reviews, and manage team building and engagement activities.
• Process Adherence & Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the project scope to enhance efficiency and productivity while adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • Post-Graduation from a Premier Business School
  • Chartered Financial Accountant (CFA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in a similar role within the Real Estate Industry.

Preferred Skills

• Strong business acumen: Insight into decisions impacting profit and cash flows.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and developing annual business plans across functions.
• Experience in site management and customer experience management.
• Understanding of sales and marketing systems and processes.
• Capable of assessing and mitigating risks effectively.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and customer requirements.

• At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role in the Real Estate Industry.
