Job Description

<div>Key Responsibilities</div> <div>1. Market Development &amp; Sales Execution  Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with mutual fund distributors, including National Distributors, RIAs, Banks, Brokers and potential institutional investors.  Execute region-specific sales strategies to achieve business targets, leveraging a consultative and relationship-driven approach.  Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and distributor forums to enhance brand visibility and market reach.</div> <div>2. Strategic Stakeholder Engagement  Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders of financial distribution houses.  Act as a trusted advisor to distribution partners, providing market insights and product knowledge to drive engagement and sales.</div> <div>3. Sales Planning, Analytics &amp; Reporting  Develop and implement actionable sales plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.  Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular feedback to the central team for strategy refinement.  Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.</div> <div>4. Channel &amp; Partner Development  Expand and deepen the distribution network by identifying and activating new partners in the assigned geography.  Motivate, train, and support MFDs and distributors to maximize their business potential with our products.</div> <div>5. Client Relationship Management &amp; Cross-Selling  Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and prompt resolution of issues with the help of R&amp;T team present in the geography.  Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities for other investment products as the product suite expands.</div> <div>6. Collaboration &amp; Product Launch Readiness  Work closely with the central product, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives.  Provide market intelligence and feedback to support product development and positioning.</div>
