Job Description
<div>Key Responsibilities</div>
<div>1. Market Development & Sales Execution Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with mutual fund distributors, including National Distributors, RIAs, Banks, Brokers and potential institutional investors. Execute region-specific sales strategies to achieve business targets, leveraging a consultative and relationship-driven approach. Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and distributor forums to enhance brand visibility and market reach.</div>
<div>2. Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders of financial distribution houses. Act as a trusted advisor to distribution partners, providing market insights and product knowledge to drive engagement and sales.</div>
<div>3. Sales Planning, Analytics & Reporting Develop and implement actionable sales plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular feedback to the central team for strategy refinement. Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.</div>
<div>4. Channel & Partner Development Expand and deepen the distribution network by identifying and activating new partners in the assigned geography. Motivate, train, and support MFDs and distributors to maximize their business potential with our products.</div>
<div>5. Client Relationship Management & Cross-Selling Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and prompt resolution of issues with the help of R&T team present in the geography. Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities for other investment products as the product suite expands.</div>
<div>6. Collaboration & Product Launch Readiness Work closely with the central product, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives. Provide market intelligence and feedback to support product development and positioning.</div>
