Are you ready to join us on this exciting journey?<br /> We have an exciting opportunity in our E-commerce department for the position of Senior Manager E-Commerce. This full-time role is based in Gurugram and requires 8-10 years of relevant experience.<br /> As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team in building, managing, and developing long-term E-commerce relationships to meet targeted sales revenue and enhance the brand’s online presence. Your responsibilities will include identifying new e-commerce trends and growth opportunities, implementing action plans, and overseeing end-to-end account management.<br /> If you have a strong background in e-commerce and team management, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities You will be the expert on the e-accounts like Amazon, Flipkart, Quick commerce such as Blinkit, Zepto etc. and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the brand on ecommerce partners to drive revenue targets and growth.<br />  Create and implement a thorough business plan to grow the turnover and improve profitability for respective channels.<br />  Implementing and managing online advertising and promotional campaigns.<br />  Increasing brand visibility and revenue share on partner platforms.<br />  Launching of new products on the platform.<br />  Launching the brand on new platforms.<br />  Day to day management of the brand, creating and executing monthly, quarterly and annual operating plans to meet targets. Desired Profile<br />  Previous experience in handling brands on sites like Amazon, Flipkart, Quick commerce such as Blinkit, Zepto etc.<br />  Demonstrated history in driving revenue and brand growth on these platforms.<br />  Should have launched and managed a beauty or personal care on these platforms. Skills<br />  Analytical Skills: Ability to analyses sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.<br />  Comfortable with reading sales reports, planning and forecasting, driven to achieve MoM targets.<br />  Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact and work seamlessly with different teams and agencies.<br />  Good team-player with Problem-solving mentality.<br />  Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic ecommerce environment.
