Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans and AOP to achieve revenue targets through government tenders / contracts and strategic partnerships.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers, providing guidance, training, and support in navigating policy shaping and procurement processes.
  3. Identify and establish partnerships with complementary businesses such pharma brands, distributors, manufacturers etc. to enhance service offerings and market reach.
  4. Take complete ownership of India Profit and Loss (PnL) incl. revenue growth and profitability. Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
  5. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and departments.
  6. Monitor government tender portals and industry publications to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with tender requirements and contract execution.
