Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and AOP to achieve revenue targets through government tenders / contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers, providing guidance, training, and support in navigating policy shaping and procurement processes.
- Identify and establish partnerships with complementary businesses such pharma brands, distributors, manufacturers etc. to enhance service offerings and market reach.
- Take complete ownership of India Profit and Loss (PnL) incl. revenue growth and profitability. Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies and departments.
- Monitor government tender portals and industry publications to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with tender requirements and contract execution.
