Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery and roadmap planning to execution and launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to build scalable product solutions.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and data.
• Define product metrics, track performance, and continuously optimize the user experience.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Prior experience in a startup or high growth environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, mobility, supply chain, or marketplace businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product development, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and execute complex initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
