What You'll Do
o Strategic Technology Leadership
o Develop and implement the technology strategy in alignment with Presolv360's vision and business goals
o Provide leadership and direction to the technology team, ensuring high standards of performance and innovation

o Collaborate effectively with the product management team to define product requirements and roadmaps
o Oversee the design, development, and deployment of products in line with existing and new offerings, and determine product design and UI/UX

o Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions
o Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative solutions to maintain competitive advantage

o Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team

o Project Management
o Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
o Implement agile methodologies and best practices to enhance project efficiency and team productivity
o Responsible for user acceptance, alpha and beta testing and feedback implementation
o Quality Assurance and Compliance
o Ensure all technology solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and security
o Stay informed about applicable regulations and ensure technology solutions comply with relevant standards
o Vendor and Partner Management
o Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
o Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies and services to enhance product offerings
o Budget Management
o Develop and manage the technology budget, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality outcomes
o Monitor and report on technology investments and forecasts
o Stakeholder Collaboration
o Collaborate for development of technology strategies, plans, and progress with the leadership team and other stakeholders
o Serve as a liaison between the technology team and other teams, facilitating collaboration and alignment
o Coach internal teams and external stakeholders on product development, functional enhancements and feature / process upgrades
o Risk Management
o Identify and mitigate technology risks, ensuring business continuity and data security
o Implement robust disaster recovery and incident response plans
o User Focus
o Understand customer needs and pain points, ensuring technology solutions deliver exceptional user experiences
o Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve products and services
o Troubleshoot, document and coordinate with relevant teams to address product queries in a timebound manner
o Ensure enterprise satisfaction and retention, source constructive feedback and relay it to the relevant teams
o Continuous Improvement
o Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology team
o Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to drive the company's technology forward
o Lead and promote technology branding initiatives
o Explore and identify product-level integrations and new business opportunities Skills/Qualifications
o Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a technology / product / system architecture / system security team
o B. Tech, MSC. IT (or similar) degree from a reputed institute or equivalent combination of training and
o experience required
o 1+ years’ experience in leading cross-functional teams on major enterprise projects
o Demonstrable knowledge of agile product management
o Experience in financial services industry is preferred
o Proficient in project management softwares (like Trello / Asana / JIRA, etc.)
o Technical knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel) will be a great plus
o Strong leadership and planning skills and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
o Demonstrated capability in executing project plans and driving initiatives to successful conclusions
o Ability to work in an environment with multiple priorities
o Proven ability to demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving
