AM/DM - Admin

Job Summary

The AM/DM - Admin role is crucial for ensuring efficient administrative operations within the organization. This position focuses on travel management, infrastructure standardization, cost savings, employee satisfaction, and the integration of technology in administrative processes. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Travel Management: Ensure end-to-end travel management for employees, including senior management, and oversee MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) requirements for both domestic and international destinations.
  • Infrastructure & Standardization: Standardize site facilities across regions to ensure uniformity in services, promote cost-saving and sustainable initiatives, and create and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to all admin operations.
  • AOP and Non-Manpower Cost Savings: Assist in planning the Admin Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monitor expenses monthly, manage overall admin operations expenses, and generate savings through sustainable measures and resource planning.
  • CSAT & Employee Initiatives: Ensure a superior employee experience regarding travel and facilities, partner with HR teams on employee engagement activities, and manage various types of employee reimbursements.
  • Technology: Incorporate and implement technology in admin processes while staying updated with the latest trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of travel management systems and processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in administrative operations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a similar administrative role within a corporate environment.
  • Certification in project management or administration.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in administrative management or a related field.

Environment

  • This position is based in Mumbai and requires full-time, in-office work.
