You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.

• Take ownership of storyboarding across the team's core initiatives.

• Take ownership of turnaround speed across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Retail or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in motion craft, after effects proficiency, storyboarding.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
