About the role

As a Retention Manager at CoverSure, you will be responsible for developing strategies to

enhance customer retention and engagement. Leveraging your expertise in creating

engagement strategies, you will play a pivotal role in planning the best-in-industry retention

strategies and maximizing customer lifetime value

Key Responsibilities

• Develop retention strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty and minimize churn

rates.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, sales to align retention

efforts with overall business objectives.

• Utilize Webengage platform to design and execute targeted engagement campaigns

across various channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages.

• Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for personalized

communication and proactive intervention.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention and engagement and

provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

• Continuously optimize retention tactics based on performance metrics and industry best

practices.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the

effectiveness of retention effortsRequirements

Must have’s

• Hands on experience in executing campaigns via CleverTap/Webengage/MoEngage

• 3+ years of retention marketing/ customer lifecycle management experience in B2C app

businesses

Great to have

• Experience in Insurance industry

• 2+ years’ experience in using tools like Appsflyer, MixPanel and GA
