Job Summary

The AI Engineer will play a crucial role in building the core AI systems that drive investment decisions and enhance client experiences. This position involves developing personalized portfolio recommendations, designing conversational AI for onboarding and reporting, and implementing workflows that dynamically manage risk, client goals, and market data—creating a proactive investment assistant for users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized portfolio recommendations based on individual client profiles.
• Design and improve conversational, multimodal AI solutions for onboarding processes, client advice, and investment reporting.
• Create agentic workflows that effectively reason about client risk, goals, and relevant market analytics.
• Integrate AI outcomes into actual quant and portfolio management systems to ensure realistic application and usability.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in developing real, live systems beyond prototypes.
• Proven track record of shipping code used by real users with tangible impacts.
• Experience as a founding engineer, early engineer, or product engineer, demonstrating a strong grasp of the startup environment.
• History of delivering 0→1 products throughout the entire development cycle.
• Familiarity with startup culture at seed or Series A stages.
• Involvement in solo-built products, side projects, or public applications showcasing initiative and innovation.
• Familiarity with modern AI technology stacks as a supplemental layer, rather than a primary focus.
