Role Description

We are excited to announce 30 open positions for Investment Coaches to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assist customers in achieving their investment goals through telecalling and personalized support within our contact center. This is a target-based position where your skills will directly contribute to our users' financial success.

Job Location: Bangalore

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Commerce.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of various investment products and risk management strategies
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Industry certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus

Good to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in selling financial products such as mutual funds or insurance
