Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced backend engineer with strong expertise in Python and hands-on experience with Generative AI. In this role, you will be responsible for developing APIs, integrating large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows, managing data pipelines, and deploying solutions in cloud environments, significantly contributing to the organization’s technological goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows into backend services.
• Craft and refine prompts to optimize LLM performance.
• Develop and manage data pipelines for AI datasets.
• Deploy and monitor workloads in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ensure code quality, testing, and maintainability of applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in Python backend development.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases (Postgres, MySQL), and relevant Python frameworks.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic design is required.
• Knowledge of Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol and SharePoint integration is a plus.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts, cloud platforms, and containerization.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern DevOps practices.
• Understanding of security best practices in application development.

Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required, with specific emphasis on Python backend development.
