Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients by providing outstanding customer service and identifying upsell opportunities • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to both the client and the company • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals by continuously growing and expanding the company's customer base • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to improve customer satisfaction and develop new sales strategies • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and follow-up activities • Continuously update and expand knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends • Converts pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience. • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deal
