Job Summary
The Export Manager will be responsible for driving Tynor's international business growth across existing and new markets. The role will focus on identifying and developing overseas markets, strengthening distributor and channel partnerships, acquiring new international customers, and delivering sustainable export revenue growth. The incumbent will work closely with internal functions including Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful execution of the company’s international growth strategy.
Responsibilities

International Business Development
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to drive international revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new countries, markets, and business opportunities for Tynor's orthopedic and healthcare product portfolio.
- Build a strong pipeline of international distributors, importers, institutional customers, and strategic partners.
- Evaluate market potential, competitive landscape, pricing, and channel structures across target geographies.
- Drive new-market entry initiatives from opportunity identification through commercial launch.

Distributor & Channel Management
- Identify, appoint, and develop distributors and channel partners across international markets.
- Manage relationships with existing international distributors and drive growth within established territories.
- Define distributor targets, monitor performance, and develop corrective action plans wherever required.
- Conduct regular business reviews with international partners.
- Support distributors with product positioning, market development, and commercial strategies.

Export Sales & Revenue Management
- Own international sales targets for assigned markets and geographies.
- Develop annual and long-term business plans for export markets.
- Drive revenue, margins, and profitability across international accounts.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and distribution agreements.
- Monitor sales forecasts, order pipelines, and market-wise performance.

New Market Development
- Identify high-potential international markets and establish market-entry strategies.
- Develop relationships with importers, distributors, healthcare institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry conferences to generate new business.
- Build Tynor’s presence in underpenetrated and emerging international markets.

Regulatory & Export Coordination
- Work closely with Regulatory and Quality teams to support product registrations and market-specific compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, certifications, and regulatory requirements for international markets.
- Ensure smooth execution of export orders in coordination with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Maintain awareness of international trade regulations and country-specific requirements relevant to medical/healthcare products.

Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor global trends within orthopedics, rehabilitation products, medical devices, and allied healthcare categories.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, distribution structures, and new product developments.
- Provide market intelligence to support international pricing, product, and expansion decisions.
- Identify opportunities for distributor partnerships, OEM/private-label business, and strategic alliances.
Qualifications
- Approximately 12–18 years of overall experience, with significant experience in International Business / Export Sales.
- Strong experience in Medical Devices, Orthopedic Products, Surgical/Healthcare Products, Medical Consumables, or related healthcare categories preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing international distributors.
- Proven track record of opening new international markets and generating export revenue.
- Experience handling multiple international geographies such as Middle East, Africa, Europe, LATAM, CIS, Southeast Asia, and/or North America.
- Strong understanding of international distributor-led business models.
- Exposure to international product registrations and medical-device regulatory environments would be advantageous.
- Strong commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage international customers and travel extensively for business development.
Preferred Skills
- Candidates from established organizations in medical device, orthopedic, rehabilitation, surgical consumables, or healthcare products with a strong export business are highly relevant.
