Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (Django/Flask) and React JS/Next JS to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in building scalable web applications and be familiar with AI code assistants such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and top-tier communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Python and React.
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate frontend and backend components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and Quality Assurance.
• Implement UI/UX designs with responsiveness and accessibility in mind.
• Utilize AI code assistants (like GitHub Copilot or Cursor) effectively to enhance productivity.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django and/or Flask.
• Advanced experience with React JS and Next JS.
• Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Strong knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work model from the Bangalore office.
