• Work experience as a Strategy head/ Marketing in Real Estate Companies/Funds/Family Offices.
• Experience in managing real estate requirements for HNI’s/UHNI ‘s.
• Experience and understanding of formal documents such as rental agreements, sale agreement and lease deeds etc.
• Promote sales/resale of properties through advertisements/broker network/digital platforms and multiple listing services.
• Manage an end-end process for clients – From identification to arranging site visits to closure and after sales service.
• Continuous Engagement with existing HNI’s to develop a long sustainable relationship.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Knowledge and understanding of various lending products - Home loans, loans against properties, LAS, Inventory financing, amongst others.
• Ideate opportunities for investors to participate in real estate investments – Fractional ownership/ REIT/ Commercial real estate, amongst others.
• Experience in managing a small team will be desirable.
